His roots run deep — from years spent involved in local sporting clubs to long-standing relationships with homeowners who value straight talk and steady guidance.

Mark’s real estate career spans more than 25 years and multiple chapters of the industry. He spent a decade with PRD and Harcourts, where he became known for his strength in sales negotiation and was recognised as the Number 2 sales performer in Queensland. From there, Mark went on to establish and grow his own successful business, which he built over 16 years before selling — a journey that sharpened his commercial instincts and reinforced the importance of trust, reputation, and long-term thinking.

Throughout his career, Mark has also worked across management rights and property operations, giving him a practical understanding of how properties function beyond the sale itself — from rentals and maintenance through to owner decision-making.
