Working alongside Team Tavis Callard & Mark Reed, Sarah plays a key role in supporting the team’s high-performance sales process while also building her own relationships with buyers and future sellers across the Sunshine Coast.

Before entering real estate, Sarah built a successful career in government, specialising in contract management, procurement, stakeholder engagement and program management. In these roles she developed highly refined skills in negotiation, organisation and delivering complex outcomes with precision and integrity — qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate transactions.

Prior to that, Sarah owned and operated her own hairdressing business, an experience that shaped the natural people skills she is known for today. Working closely with clients from all walks of life allowed her to build deep trust, read personalities quickly, and understand what truly matters to people — often before they say it outright.

This rare combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence allows Sarah to bring both structure and warmth to every interaction.

Within the team, Sarah is known as the person who keeps everything moving. Highly organised and detail-focused, she plays an essential role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, communication stays clear, and no opportunity is missed.
