With a background in paramedicine, nursing and operational leadership, he has spent decades supporting people in high-pressure situations, guiding teams, solving complex problems and helping individuals make confident decisions when it matters most.

Throughout his career, Tony developed a reputation for remaining calm under pressure, listening first, and always focusing on achieving the best possible outcome for everyone involved. Those same qualities now shape the way he approaches property.
