We had spent a number of months looking at homes through other real estate companies, but without much success. We first met Tavis and Leisa at a home they had listed for sale that didn’t meet all our needs. After seeking further clarification on features we were looking for in a home, Tavis quickly realised they had a tennanted home on their listings that might suit our needs. A viewing opportunity was promptly organised, and we soon realised that this was the home we had been searching for.
A building and pest inspection identified a few minor issues that needed to be resolved. Tavis and Leisa assured us that they would work with the sellers and tradespeople to resolve these issues by settlement date. All work was completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion.
Leisa also promised to keep in regular contact with us throughout the entire pre-sale to post-sale process, and her regular and timely communication more than met our expectations.
Tavis and Leisa are real estate agents with a high level of integrity and honesty, and a care factor that is second to none in our opinion. In particular, Leisa went the extra mile on numerous occasions and even met us at short notice outside office hours when we travelled up from Brisbane and needed access to the house. In a nutshell Kingsley was both professional and personable at all times. Our experience purchasing our home with Kingsley was exceptional.
