ENTRANT PRIZE – Terms and Conditions

“$2000 CASH PRIZE”

NOVEMBER 1 2023 – DECEMBER 21 2023

  1. The Promoter is: AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST whose registered office is at 25/2 Flinders Ln, Maroochydore QLD 4558
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees or contractors of the promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook & our website www.aurapropertysc.com.au
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be December 21 2023. After this date, no further entries or votes for the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received after this date for whatever reason.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. The prize is as follows: 1st $2000 cash prize, 2nd $500 cash prize, 3rd $250 cash prize.
  12. The prize is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  13. Winner will be chosen (based on public popularity on a combination of public votes registered online and photo likes of entrant’s property image on the AURA FB PAGE ) at 25/2 Flinders Ln, Maroochydore QLD 4558 21 December 2023.
  14. The winner will be notified by the promoter & Mix FM on or by the 22rd December in a live on-air call or within 24 hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected /delivered.
  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST and not to any other party.
  22. AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  23. AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  24. AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  25. The winner accepts their prize at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law neither AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST and/or any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing major prizes for the promotion, will not be held liable for any liability/ loss/ damage/ expense/ death/ personal injury suffered or incurred or any dispute (including, but not limited to, direct/indirect/consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with, this promotion, the provision of prizes, use or participation in such prizes or promotion of this competition.
  26. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  27. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • Complete online entry form via the AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST Facebook page & website.
  • Entrants Property address needs to be included on Aura Property website and included in the public trail map
  • Each property must display 600x400mm with property ID number for voting, sign will be supplied and installed by a member of Aura Property, provided entrant property is in a suitable Sunshine Coast location..
  • Permission will also be given to use Property address and photography on the MIXFM website
  • By submitting an entry into this competition, entrants’ consent to receive promotional messages from AURA PROPERTY SUNSHINE COAST. Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time
  • Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.
