I recently opted to sell in Caloundra. I made two phone calls to local agents after reading reviews. I placed a call to Tavis (after leaving a message with another agent) and was pleasantly greeted with Tavis’s warm and friendly phone manner. It took little time to assess that potential buyers would also warm to Tavis’s personable and relaxed style. The house was sold off market within a week to an interstate buyer who Tavis clearly had the trust of. I would not hesitate to place my trust in Tavis again.

This is a testimonial to Tavis Callard & Leisa Thomas-Lark from Aura Property, Sunshine Coast who have provided outstanding service and support to us over the past few months as we looked to relocate from Brisbane to the Caloundra region.
We had spent a number of months looking at homes through other real estate companies, but without much success. We first met Tavis and Leisa at a home they had listed for sale that didn’t meet all our needs. After seeking further clarification on features we were looking for in a home, Tavis quickly realised they had a tennanted home on their listings that might suit our needs. A viewing opportunity was promptly organised, and we soon realised that this was the home we had been searching for.
A building and pest inspection identified a few minor issues that needed to be resolved. Tavis and Leisa assured us that they would work with the sellers and tradespeople to resolve these issues by settlement date. All work was completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion.
Leisa also promised to keep in regular contact with us throughout the entire pre-sale to post-sale process, and her regular and timely communication more than met our expectations.
Tavis and Leisa are real estate agents with a high level of integrity and honesty, and a care factor that is second to none in our opinion. In particular, Leisa went the extra mile on numerous occasions and even met us at short notice outside office hours when we travelled up from Brisbane and needed access to the house. This is a level of commitment to clients purchasing a home that we have never experienced from any previous real estate agents.
We could not have achieved such a great outcome without Tavis and Leisa’s thoroughly professional support, and are so grateful for their assistance, patience, positive energy, calming presence and expertise. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them and their support team to buyers and sellers alike.

Tavis, Leisa and their team made our first purchase almost too easy. They were thoughtful, attentive and provided great support. After having less than adequate experiences with previous realestate agents, it was refreshing to be welcomed and given genuine attention by Tavis and Leisa.
We couldn’t fault process and negotiations, and would recommend them to anyone in the market.
